      Pros

      Nice products which require engineering knowledge and interest Helpful from the start with introductory tasks and videos Nice teammembers who are helpful and have great knowledge in the topic Average salary and nice added bonuses The company is usually very transparent with communication and decisions

      Cons

      Tasks sometimes repeat themselves, but mostly new, and they are always open to change teams Agile structure is still developing and has its flawes executing
