1. A lot of interesting tasks and problem-solving 2. Focus on continuous improvement when it comes to quality assurance 3. Always something new to learn 4. Managers keep standards high and take employee well-being seriously 5. Good compensation and benefits

The job comes with some degree of pressure because accuracy is extremely important.

Pros

Constantly interacting with different people, so it doesn’t get repetitive. Learning how to manage my time better and stay organized. Routine that keeps me on track and helps me improve. Good choice of job if you want to build long-lasting skills.
