The culture is one of the biggest strengths. There’s no arrogance — just a shared focus on building something meaningful and doing right by customers and partners. There’s also a very real “no assholes” policy, which sounds simple but makes a huge difference in practice. It creates an environment built on respect, accountability, and trust. From a sales perspective, the support is exceptional. Leadership trusts you to do your job without micromanaging, while still being there when it matters. That creates an environment where you want to perform at your best. The team is full of high-quality people. Everyone is willing to help, share knowledge, and collaborate. It genuinely feels like a team effort rather than individuals working in silos. The onboarding experience stood out as well. Before I even started, the company made a real effort to make me feel part of the team — equipment ready from day one, thoughtful welcome packages, and a clear sense that people care about your experience. On the product side, it’s solving a real and growing problem. The technology is strong, enterprise-ready, and trusted by large organisations. It’s easy to believe in what you’re selling, which makes a huge difference. Overall, it hits the three things that matter most: timing, technology, and team.
