      Pros

      If you work hard, keep your head up, and take care of business, Knightscope will recognize and reward you accordingly. There is plenty of opportunity for growth here, and even more opportunity to learn. The company maintains the energy and cross-functionality of a startup by encouraging innovation and collaboration, while also following processes and standards that you would expect from a larger corporation. Personally, I credit this company with getting me to where I am today, and I will always feel gratitude for the opportunities it has provided.

      Cons

      Knightscope doesn’t tolerate slacking off or toxic, narrow-minded attitudes. Can be very ambitious at times.

      Pros

      Knightscope mission to make American a safer country is a compelling reason to work there. The technology behind the ASR is superb. The entire company is based on processes and procedures that are evolving to benefit and improve, employees, clients, technology. Fast paced environment, where everyone throughout the entire company can have a voice and make a difference. The group of investors and board of directors that support Knightscope are tremendous. Executive team is top tier and works hand and hand with everyone in the company.

      Cons

      Not knowing the movie star wars. Might not be a good fit for you. lol Good thing I am.
