      - Great place to get started in the legal field - Awesome staff and boss, made me feel like family. Thanks Patty! - Holiday parties - Reimbursed underground parking - Patty was understanding when I came into the office late on a few occasions due to the unforeseeable LA traffic

      Pros

      Great place to get hands on education on how the legal field works. Great if you enjoy working in a small office environment. The company really cares about their employees and are open to hearing new ideas to improve the company.

      Cons

      The small office environment can work against you. You will have to wear multiple hats, and it is sometimes overwhelming when times get busy. Sometimes slow to get new technology or programs introduced to the company. Pay is a bit low.

      Pros

      You work with a very small team so you're able to gain SO much knowledge -- more than I have at any other firm I worked at afterwards. It really is invaluable.

      Cons

      You're underpaid and the smallness of the office is something to get used to. It can get really boring if you have nothing to do.
