      You can work independently, good management support, and your are not obigated to do floor time.

      Cons

      When the real estate market is slow, this may impact your business negatively. This would not be the fault of the company, it is an industry phase.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is friendly, professional and open. Everyone loves feedback and genuinely seems to care about your personal well being. No one dreads visits from the main office, everyone speaks to each other with respect. I have been here over four months now and can say that I truly enjoy coming into work. It seems there is plenty of room for growth or at the very least the is true recognition for the amount of work you put in as an employee.

      I have no complaints.
