This industry can be difficult to learn and adapt to, if you haven't done it before, however the people across the whole group have been welcoming and supportive since day one. They really helped me to bed in during my early months and have also been supportive and collaborative to work with from a recruitment point of view. There is vast amounts of opportunity to build a real career in a number of different fields when you're part of the group. If you work hard, perform well and have the right attitude, you can go far. Good location with plenty of amenities close by for lunch as well as walks. Good holidays plus well being day and a charity day as well as extra shut down days over Christmas.

I have worked at Key for 12 years and no day is the same. Working as part of a fast paced change team you continue to learn and grow each day. Key believes in it's employee's and trusts you to do your job and has given people the opportunity to progress in their career paths including myself. The biggest positive we have here is the people that you work with and senior management are approachable and present in the office.
