Good work-life balance and benefits, friendly environment, team oriented atmosphere, opportunities to cross-train and learn other positions. Quarterly company outings. Regularly awarding performance "spot bonuses" for exceptional work.
Cons
Lots of CYA processes that waste time and resources. Inefficient technologies inhibited workflow regularly. Gossipy culture. Felt like Office Space at times.
The people I worked with were great. They were the only thing that made KDA a viable option for employment.
Cons
Management was horrible. So many ideas, but none of them ever came to fruition. Communication was horrible and by the end of my time there, morale was incredibly low.
