      Very lax with work times and lots of money wasted. Lots to learn.

      Cons

      too many chiefs. everyone is a manager. very bad communication and no ownership of jobs or projects. you scratch my back environment. Longer serving managers are the rot. No sense of sharing or group work. no progression, told one thing yet another actually done. Patronising managers. Pay is disgraceful. lots of departments will use you even if you dont work for them. no clear role or job description so they can say every task is your responsibility.

      Hard working & dedicated staff.

      Cons

      Very poor out-dated management style. Blame & unconstructive criticism are the norm. Culture of mistrust. Senior management talk the talk with modern management lingo but are incapable of applying it.
