      Customer service is a big part of the business and customers expect customer service. I enjoy helping customers who know what they want and those who are looking for ideas. Kent encourages the associates to have a conversation with the customers and help where needed. The company is very accommodating when it comes to family and appointments. I enjoy working at Kent, if you like to be on the go and enjoy helping people this is the place to be.
