The management transitioned so seamlessly and accounted for the ups and downs that Covid brought into the workplace while taking into account employee mental health.

- Has a financial safety net - Always something fresh to work on; no mental stagnation - Management is mindful of employees and will help you achieve personal goals - You get to work with incredibly talented people from a wide range of background (gaming, social, fintech, etc) - Free lunch in the office - Open tab at the cafe down the street (I cannot stress enough on how great this perk is) - The office has a very laid-back vibe
Cons
- Offices in Berlin make communication a bit difficult, especially if you work with teams over there - Hard to keep track of what is being built across all the products
