Pros

I genuinely enjoy working at Keeper Security. As an Implementation Specialist, I feel part of a team where collaboration, support, and openness to ideas are part of the day-to-day culture. My colleagues are kind, and the environment encourages me to speak up and contribute. There's a clear path for growth here, and I appreciate the fully remote setup, which comes with a strong sense of trust, there’s no micromanagement, just the freedom to do my best work. Everyone I’ve interacted with, even outside of my team, has been friendly and helpful. Overall, I feel comfortable and genuinely happy working here.

Cons

If I had to mention a downside, it would be that HR logistics for EMEA employees could be improved. It’s a minor issue in the bigger picture, but still something that could be streamlined.

Pros

Keeper has great people. Period. I've worked with multiple IT vendors during my career and I'm really lucky to be working with some of the best people I've ever worked with in Keeper. Everyone is super helpful and hyper-reactive. Senior leadership perhaps embody this best and are always there to guide and support their teams. Add in a exciting market with a best-in-class product and a hyper-growth culture, there's never a dull moment so be prepared to work in a fast moving and agile environment.

Cons

Things can be a little siloed, especially for remote staff, so exposure and access to other teams would be great for the bigger picture.
