Well...let's see. Many ex-employees went to therapy after working at this company, and let me tell you why.
- Toxic upper management. They (the CTO and CEO) made multiple people break into tears during weekly meetings. The sole purpose of those meetings is for the CEO to sh**t on everyone and say how badly people are doing their job
- No life/work balance. Management expects you to work overtime every day without monetary compensation. If you refuse to do so, they will blatantly tell you that "you won't reach far in life."
- No onboarding process. Newbies are expected to know everything about job advertising and how all problems should be resolved. Sink or swim situation
- HR is useless. Don't ever talk to HR ppl in this company. Don't even think to complain. They will pass this information directly to SEO, and you'll be fired on the same day
