Cons

Disclaimer: This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. I believe it’s important to share in the hope that it serves as a warning to others considering joining this company. The points here are supported by documentation I saved during my time with them. I was unexpectedly placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) without any prior warning or formal feedback. The PIP document was filled with vague, unmeasurable KPIs, which gave both the company and the client complete flexibility to interpret my performance however they wished. It felt less like a genuine path to improvement and more like a pretext for termination. At no point was there any meaningful follow-up or structured coaching on the alleged areas needing improvement. Instead, the so-called “coaching” sessions felt more like probing interrogations designed to find fault rather than to provide support. What was most revealing was that, while I was still on the PIP, the company had already posted a job listing to backfill my role. That made it painfully clear that the process was purely procedural, not sincere. No clear or direct feedback ever came from the client regarding whether I was meeting expectations. Then, without warning, I was told my contract was terminated and that I’d be placed “on the bench.” The reason given was “performance-related,” but no specific details or measurable criteria were ever shared. When I asked for clarification, I was met only with vague deflections. Shortly afterward my company accounts were quietly deleted, which made it clear this was a soft layoff, not a temporary pause. This entire process was one of the most mentally and emotionally exhausting experiences I’ve faced in over a decade-long career. The lack of transparency, ambiguous communication, and absence of accountability created unnecessary stress and confusion. Instead of supporting their workers, the company exposes them to hidden politics and decisions made behind closed doors while keeping them in the dark. Whether you (the reader) choose to join this company is entirely your decision. But I sincerely hope this review helps at least one person go in with eyes open, not blindfolded. This company creates an unstable environment, treats contractors as disposable, and leaves them questioning their abilities when the real issues lie in opaque communication and hidden agendas. Also worth noting: I was not the only one. Several colleagues went through nearly identical experiences, so this is not an isolated case.
