The businesses recently received a 'strategic growth investment' of over 100M from Vista Equity Partners. This creates a very exciting opportunity for growth within the business, for individuals and for our market share in the sector. Great working environment in Birmingham with a heavy presence of in office staff, on hybrid agreements. Free snacks, parking etc. In a cool part of town, Digbeth.

Cons

Some teams are a little siloed, which can lead to a slow dissemination of information/knowledge - but I will also highlight I have noticed improvements here over the past eight weeks.
