Good salary, the people here are a DELIGHT to work with and just one of the best people I ever had the pleasure to work for. If not moving to another country, I would still be working here.

Cons

Sometimes upper managment can take decisions without informing the "doing" teams. Also they are pretty enthusiast about making people work on site even when most engineers want to work remotely
