Pros

Good Pay, fun co workers, monthly 'team' outing

Cons

No benefits, extremely BAD management and the whole company is a scam. They dont care about their customers or there employees. We have had one employee die while working here and one who has medical issues that they will not lay off and give unemployment to. They trick people out of their money like offering an 'Unlimited local calling and texting bundle" which is really capped. Or selling 1Gb of data for $99 and charging in a minimum of 1MB.

Pros

There are no pros to working for JT. They think their Pros are based on a bit of flexi working (2-3 days a week in office, this is a new world allow staff the freedom you state you offer), a few free bits of food and drink (think classic raising morale by pizza lunches or bacon sandwich breakfasts) and other cliches. Jersey is a hotbed of ambitious forward thinking companies and JT needs to get a grip or be consigned to the bottom of the pile.

Cons

Despite a constant call from the CEO to 'put customers first', the reality is the complete opposite, people and departments are out for themselves to claim their coveted end of year bonus and customer score is a small element of the legendary BSC, the understaffed customer facing teams have the hardest job to keep this as high as they can with morale on the floor. Members of the executive team rule by fear and staff often don't speak out. I have never seen a company with such middle management bloat across every team there are 'jobsworths' sitting on every other committee and forum. You are small telco (trying hard to be a tech-co but with no idea what to do) The cliques that run each floor need to be torn apart. These are toxic and create a horrific culture.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate hearing from our employees, as it helps us grow and improve as an organization. Firstly, we want to address your concerns regarding flexible working arrangements. We are committed to providing a flexible work environment, and it is disheartening to hear that you have not experienced this. Our goal is to support our employees in achieving a healthy work-life balance. Regarding your comment on our customer experience (CX), we have implemented numerous initiatives and continually seek feedback to ensure we are delivering the best possible service. If there are specific instances or areas where you feel we can improve, please do not hesitate to share them with your manager. The mention of a "rule by fear" is particularly concerning to us. We strive to foster a supportive and open work culture, where every team member feels comfortable voicing their opinions and concerns. If you feel this is not being practiced, we urge you to reach out to a trusted leader or HR so we can address this matter directly. We are committed to making our workplace the best it can be for all our employees. Your feedback is crucial in this process, and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. So please do reach out to your HRBP/Advisor or your manager.

Pros

None that I can remember

Cons

Didnt even consider looking at furlough option during covid. Either sold off or made redundant all London based employees to save channel island employees. Left a very bad taste in the mouth.
