      Depends on ur dept and manager Super strict japan culture Dont know why bring their culture in SG Some Japan Manager are incompetent Bias VB VB get 2 times is bad because its super stressful 0.7/0.5 if good Else 0.2 Manager claims he/she is not mean and never bullied u Dont join Gbid team Many backstabbers and useless people in the team Know how to use mouth to talk no action Know how to give more work not bonus Pls think about it twice or thrice before joining
