Pros
The hours are flexible, great benefits, and the team of people are outstanding. Every department works well together and it makes for a collaborative environment. It doesn't matter if you're an assistant or C-level, everyone is encouraged to give input and great ideas are recognized openly.
Cons
Working remotely has more benefits than cons, but the hardest things are probably typical of most remote companies one of which is making sure everyone is working towards the same goals. You have to be very self-directed, motivated, and detail oriented. This can be challenging when you're not all in the same area like a "normal" workplace.

Work from home, Unlimited opportunities to grow with the company, Creative thinking and ideas are rewarded, Fun company environment, Support from the owners and staff, I have been with the company for 7 years and will be here for many more.
Cons
Not everyone is conducive to a work from home environment or is an out of the box thinker.
