The ability to work remotely on projects is a pro.

There are numerous. First off the project managers treat reviewers as machines, trying to squeeze out as many hours from you as they can. They even try scheduling team calls on weekends. Also watch out for the bait and switch. Inspired advertises a project at one rate, and then if they accept you for the project, will send out a confirmation email/conflicts check with a lower rate, in some cases 10 % lower than what was advertised.
