I really enjoy being part of a culture that improves the lives of our residents and guests in a considered, fun and engaged way. We are building a stronger foundation of systems and processes to help us grow in the long term.
Cons
It's a fast paced and dynamic culture - that's not for everyone. You have to love doing excellent work at pace and balancing system/process improvements at the same time. If you like this culture, you will thrive here.
