Easily the worst employer for kindergarten teachers in Munich. They strategically underpay the foreign workers (some of my coworkers received MINIMUM WAGE (all of them having university degrees from abroad). Instead of the 3000 Euro inflation bonus that the government me dated they gave us only 500. They don't care about their employees at all
