They are super collaborative and always ready to help each other * Leadership recognizes the highly contributing individuals and provides them opportunities to grow in their career * Lots of great global programs which bring people across different regions together like Women Of InMoment, InMovement, Mentorship program, Hackathons and many more * Great morale booster program called Awardco, which is being used by 100's of employees on a daily basis to Thank for their contributions and help.

      * Since it's a remote-first culture, there are not many offices available for people to meetup.
