      A lot of art, working with art lovers and artists, varied, many hats, not monotonous

      Cons

      Low pay, small office means occasionally high stress and not much room to grow, sometimes unorganized management. Learned a lot.

      Great mission-based organization, supporting local artists. Small, tight-knit staff. Lots of room for creatively contributing to the programming and its outcomes.

      InLiquid has a fast-paced, busy environment, so it requires dedication and sometimes long hours.

      Pros

      It's easy to get into this company. Most of the staff are also friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      This company has one of the most stressful work environments that I've ever experienced. The work atmosphere is hostile at times because of the immense pressure we get from the management. The work is very fast-paced, and employees are all over the place due to the overwhelming workload that every one of us needs to accomplish. It's not a good environment to be in at all.
