      Love the dynamic market we work in, the intelligent leadership, the drive for success and Pay - for Performance philosophy, the smart people I get to work with, the flexible work environment, the focus on family priorities outside of work, and the collaborative and highly mobile technology we get to use as employees which enable a very mobile and engaged workforce. The pay and benefits package is also great.
