Pros
Work Culture is positive and friendly Employs fresh graduates Employs on OPT EAD and willing to sponsor. Provide work timing flexibility Growing company so the prospects are high for employee's growth and learning.
Cons
Not so well defined hierarchy makes it difficult to set priorities. Compensation is low given that the company is located near NYC.

Pros
- Friendly coworkers - Diverse set of people who commute from NY, NJ, and CT - Good size office and kitchen space for the number of people - Centrally located in Carlstadt, NJ - Accomodating to working from home and other needs, flexible on working hours - Growing company that has been established for many years in a stable industry (auto parts) - Room for growth, open to new ideas
Cons
- Pay and benefits are just okay (there is retirement matching, though mininal, and free health insurance, but it's mediocre with no HSA) - Private parking lot fills up and people's cars have gotten damaged when parking in the street - In-office preperations for Covid have been done, but there is not enough enforcement of mask-wearing and social distancing - Can get loud in the office from people talking (could be a pro or con depending on how you work)
