Pros
I started as a new hire and I felt like I was well taken care of during my times at IDS. Staff is friendly and management is well executed. I started out as an entry-level employee, pay was fair and work was busy. There also feels like there is room to move up if you show good work ethic!
Cons
Honestly the only con for me was that the commute was a tad far.

IDS has done some of the most iconic signage in Rochester! From defining the skyline with the Five Star Bank sign to the new Rochester Airport gateway sign. IDS employs the top fabricators, project managers, engineers in western ny. IDS stands apart from other sign companies because of it's roots in the DESIGn community.
Cons
Not many for me. I know I am working for one of the best companies in Upstate NY!
