      The leads were good, the tech is great.

      Cons

      The people managing the sales team take leads and refer them to select agents who work under them. Agents who are underperforming get put on pips and get their leads turned off even though the training and development of agents should be the first thing that gets addressed. Terrible culture

      HouseSigma is a great professional real-estate finance group. It is growing so fast and keeping expanding. The team is pretty smart and professional with strong working spirit. Here everyone is very focusing on his/her own projects, and also highly cooperates with others with good leadership. There are so many new opportunities to work on new amazing projects. HouseSigma has a good working from home culture, and it will help you save much time in traffic. Working efficiency is really high for everyone here. Everyone here expects the success of the whole team.

      HouseSigma is pretty suitable for engineers who like challenges and keeping moving forward and innovations, not very good for people who only like fishing on work.
