      Remote work Friendly and hard working teams Fantastic suite of products that clients love Great clients who love the software

      Leadership team are wreckless directionless and seem to have no understanding of the strategy as it constantly changes - Hire fast - fire fast - irresponsible hiring putting employees in positions where they left solid companies only to be made redundant 4 week after starting. ****Approach with caution ***

      Very talented and diverse global team Feels like a really close community although we're spread across multiple countries Fully remote with leadership trust and flexibility to fit work around your life rather than the other way around Very good compensation for a startup Caring and empathetic leaders and managers

      Cons

      Grew too fast too quickly, but has now course corrected The company went through layoffs and this caused some disruption however the vision and ambition remain firm and we are now in a much better financial position and much more agile.
