I was a little hesitant to join after reading these reviews. However, all management is fairly new and have made a ton of changes to make it a great place for employees and patients. Everyone is so friendly and makes it a fun place to work even when the work is hard, given the industry.
Cons
Health insurance premiums are more expensive than I'd want if you have a family.
The intake and floor staff are happy to help all the patients that come in to get them the care they need. Improvements recently made around the building, including a better and more accurate camera security system. Upper management seems to care and listen to staff concerns.
Cons
Can take an emotional toll, as patients can be difficult and angry. They’re usually not happy to be inpatient, so sometimes they can take it out on you. Hard not to take personally at times.
