      Pros

      Everyone here is so nice and very knowledgeable! I feel included and respected by my manager, teammates, and those I work with from other teams. I love how we all just jump in to help each other in order to help the customers.

      Cons

      Career path is a bit murky but they are in a period of growth so things may change and become clearer as time goes on. Would also love to see the ERGs become more active. They seem stagnant at the moment but possibly due to everyone being so busy these days. (Being busy is a good problem to have, though)

      Pros

      It's 100% remote and they believe in work life balance. My colleagues and leadership value the meaning of trust and growth and everyone is quite friendly and yet, serious about their work. It's very diverse with people from different backgrounds.
