The list is long. Micromanagement to the core. Top management considers its employees as labourers and treats them the same way. HR is just a puppet of seniors. You won't get even the basics like clean washroom and clean water to drink here. "Lala Company" in terms of culture. Every day, there is a new timing policy, leave policy, lunch time policy, etc. If you are part of the portfolio management team, then I really wish you all the best. The HR and the manager, instead of working, look for a reason to cut your pay.
