I was hired as a temp, and given the opportunity to advance my position as a full-time employee once proved to be a good fit. The position I was hired for was new to the company. Through my transition to full-time, the company gave me the tools and support I needed to succeed. What started as just a new and temp position, has greatly developed since into an entire department. The environment is casual and friendly. Work expectations are realistic and balanced. Upper management are approachable and encouraging.

I am a current employee of Healthcasts in the Client Services department. I recently made the move to Healthcasts from the pharma agency side and the company made it a very seamless transition. I was able to easily transfer my agency knowledge to my new role and management and my team members were able to quickly bring me up to speed. I am enjoying the increased responsibility this opportunity has afforded me to manage my own projects and reach my career goals. The company culture is friendly, supportive and fun. There is a great work/life balance, opportunities to socialize with out of office events and great benefits. I am excited to see how the company will grow.
