Pros

One of the best leadership teams I've worked with, The Managers and leaders are approachable, supportive and always willing to guide you whenever you need help. The work culture is collaborative and colleagues are always ready to share knowledge and help solve problems. There are good opportunities to learn, take ownership of your work and grow professionally. Good work is recognized and the company promoted open communication and team work, making it a positive place to work.

Cons

Like any growing organization, there are occasional process changes and evolving priorites but they are communicated well and provide opportunities to learn and adapt. Overall, I haven't come accross any major concerns that impact my experience working here.

Good exposure to global operations and opportunities to work on impactful projects. Leadership is actively working towards improving processes, employee experience, and organizational culture.

Cons

As the organization evolves, some processes are still being refined, which can occasionally lead to changes in priorities. Cross-functional communication can still be improved in certain areas.

The team here is really supportive, and the office has a nice, social environment that makes it a pleasant place to work every day. It's a great spot to grow your career with plenty of opportunities for professional development. On top of that, the company offers a great benefits package.

Cons

If you prefer a predictable, routine 9-to-5, the speed might feel overwhelming - but if you love a dynamic environment, it’s incredibly exciting.
