      Great coworkers, beautiful space and location

      Cons

      -Paid female employees less than male employees working in the same role - Management style is micro-managing (this is an understatement) and disrespectful -You will be expected to answer texts from management at all hours and days, including days off and holidays

      extremely toxic owners. No HR. employers choose favorites. have fired employees with no real reasoning. dont get staffing schedule until the week of.

      Nice clients. Camaraderie amongst staff who share the same sentiments about the company. Thats it

      Unprofessional and micromanaging CEO who is more interested in cultivating her brand than successfully running a company. I don’t even believe she’s even worked out of state.
