Pros

There are no pros, only problems. I am just shocked how it got the positive reviews from some people over here.

Cons

First, You won't have a work-life balance, it doesn't matter what your roles and responsibilities are, you will be treated as labor and make you work like a laborer. You will be getting up to freshen up and get ready for the day, but your room will be crowded, and you have to wait for your turn to take the bath, as there are a lot of people staying in a single room. By the way, the vehicle leaves at 7 or 7:30 AM, so you have to get early by 5:30 or 6:00 AM. When you are ready to go to catch your vehicle, you will be fighting for your place in a vehicle as you're fighting for your favorite hero's first day first show tickets in India. Then, you will be transported in a packed vehicle along the jumaji roads as they don't have a habit of building proper infrastructure until they get ROI. So, you will have to wait for at least 2 or 3 years to get proper facilities. If they provide accommodation, then you will have one of the worst breakfasts you will ever have in your life, and then you will be assigned to a team without any proper working equipment and safety equipment or PPE's. But here's the catch: you won't see any safety measures being taken as they don't have any, even though there are some that must be in a PDF but not in reality. Then against you will be transported along the Jumanji roads where you will be doing everything manual labor instead of the job role that has been assigned to you. Then, you have lunch what they give you as you're going to be working in a remote area, but don't have hopes of lunch as it going the same as breakfast. Major things like washrooms are out of the syllabus question for them, I think. There is one, but they won't open because they will lock 🔒 it up. If you have any luck, you might find it open, then you will get to know the flush and taps won't work properly. You will definitely have a disastrous trip to the toilet which you never forget and regret why you left your previous company. By the time you reach your room, it will be around 8: 30 PM. So you will be working for 14 hours(excluding the daily travel period)i n the name of 8 HRS' work.

Pros

Only you will get your salary on time and free lunch

Cons

Worked here for 3–4 years but never got any recognition or appreciation for my work. Salary increments are very poor. significant delays in receiving arrears, with no clear or consistent process by HR, No proper growth or promotion opportunities. HR is not reliable and communication is not clear. Overall, employees are not valued.
