      This kind of bureaucratic mentality is typical of communist systems.

      Cons

      This company has lot of Chinese employees and lacks work culture and ethics. They’re very prejudiced. Both racism and regional discrimination exist there. The Chinese people don't care about anyone, they treat everyone badly.most Chinese people that work there are very disrespectful. There is obvious favoritism in the workplace.
