      - A very unique and welcoming culture which encourages reps to help each other grow - flexible work schedule - insane opportunity to make a significant amount of money requiring sweat equity only - almost limitless opportunity for growth

      Cons

      - the work can be stressful - the job is difficult mentally - hours can be long
