      Pros

      They treat you like family. No micro-managing. Always busy. Excellent benefits. Great clients.

      None that I can think of after 17 years.

      Pros

      The ownership of the company truly cares about their people. I've always felt respected and listened to. When I've had health issues or family emergencies they've not only been very empathetic, but they've gone out of their way to provide me time and accommodations to help me out. The work is fun too. I've worked here for over a decade and can't imagine ever leaving.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive but not as high as other locations. Sometimes there's lack of communication among directors.
