Leadership that listens and tries Decent wage, amazing benefits Incredible WLB Good outlook for the future

Cons

There have been several rounds of layoffs in the last year. Budgets don’t feel equitably allocated across campuses. Largely located at the central/Southlake campus. Unnecessary spending on departments/ministries that shouldn’t exist.

Every other Saturday is taken by church services when there's really only a need for 1 to 2 services on Sunday only.
