      Great staff but questionable upper management practices

      Pros

      The staff members were the best part of working here. You were allowed to play your own music.

      Cons

      Upper management had some sketchy stuff going on; Randomly changing payrates, getting rid of job titles last minute, asking staff store staff to forge a higher ups signature on checks, firing staff left and right for no reason or without a prior interview.

      Better than joblessness. But just Barely. A joke of a 10% discount. (Was once a whopping 15%!) *Sarcasm*

      Cons

      Upper management consistently sets unreasonable goals and then later sets conditions that make reaching said goals impossible. Scheduling is brutal no matter how you slice it, Unless you're already in management. Will work you to the proverbial bone, and do whatever they can to make you burn out so that you quit or screw up so bad they fire you.
