      -Flexible Start time -People are Great -Great Location

      Cons

      -Managers don't treat employees with respect. They reply with pressure and threats to improve performance. -Turned into the corporate atmosphere any work jokes or fun can nearly get you fired. -People terrified to make mistakes doesn't create a nice atmosphere within the office.

      Pros

      The hours were flexible at the beginning and the atmosphere wasn’t too bad, but my time there turned sour and couldn’t find any pros. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

      Bad managers, poor treatment of staff, favoritism, lack of support, arrogance and gossiping.

      Toxic work environment. Culture more in line with the gambling industry than the tech industry.

      -Adjustable sit/stand desks. -Some nice people.

      Cons

      -Serious lack of respect and transparency from management. -Management does not encourage agile best practices with the excuse that they are a "performance marketing company" not a "technology company".
