Big divide between Fee-Earners and Support staff. Lack of respect, particularly at senior levels shown for Finance, HR, IT etc. No progression opportunities for those who aren't Surveyors, Planners or in Property Management Accounts. Lots of nepotism. "Old school" thinking - senior members of staff are unwilling to accept change .
