Pros
It's a small business, so everyone is treated like family. There are great perks, like a yearly Christmas party in places like Atlantic City where dinner and the Hotel are paid for. A company golf outing. Office staff get a company car after 3 years. Good benefits, and decent pay. Yearly performance reviews with raises. Overall I had a great experience working there.
Cons
As expected in a small company, there isn't much room to grow. However, management is very willing to work with you to assure you are doing the job that makes you happy.
