      The people I worked with on my team were great.

      Cons

      The leadership is awful, arrogant, cliquish, and toxic. A lot of dishonesty and favoritism.There are a lot of skeletons in their closet.

      The pay is good not great. Colleagues are fantastic and supportive.

      The upper administration is disorganized even after 4 years. Much more interested in how they appear on social media than actual substance.

      Mostly flexible schedule. Subject areas can be of interest. Some strategy is focused on cost cutting. Some integrity is strong, but typically staff who has stayed and steered clear of politics.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is not interested in helping students. There is a lack of experience and steering the ship. There is too much propaganda with no action. There is large amount of waste in the system. Steer clear.
