      Pros

      FMI is going through an extremely exciting time of growth and transformation. Great leadership, a caring and supportive group of co-workers that offers great camaraderie. Everyone is given the tools and training to be successful, your able to make your job your own as the managers don’t micromanage but are always there to support and assist when needed. The office that has a true open-door policy, casual dress code and each day doing their best to take strives to ensure we are taking our office culture to another level.
