Pros
The team at FoxGuard is amazing. Everyone is very welcoming, super knowledgeable, and open to new ideas. Most companies are set in their ways, FoxGuard is different. New ideas for products or how to do something are listened to and encouraged. The potential for growth not only personally and professionally but for where to company is headed is amazing.
Cons
For some people this would be a con so I am going to list it. FoxGuard is at a stage where major growth is happening. Things within the company are adjusting as needed to support the growth. If you want a company that is set in their ways and doesn't promote growth then FoxGuard is not the place for you. If you love a challenge, a company that stands behind their products and thinks about the customers needs then FoxGuard is the place to be.
