      So close, but so so far from the mark

      Pros

      Culture is generally positive, in-line with a typical startup. The service offering is attractive to first time clients/users. Fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lots of false promises and embellishment by senior management about the successes of the company. Employees are lead to believe that the company is operating at an insanely successful level and generating revenue amounts that simply aren’t happening. The CEO is simple minded and not open to any suggestions or negative feedback from clients, despite him saying he is. If the client doesn’t like something, the client is wrong or doesn’t “get it”. You simply can not operate that way.

      Great Concept but a Mismanaged Company

      Pros

      Great benefits, cool office space, intelligent and fun coworkers, exciting brands to work with, enjoyable place to go to work everyday.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency regarding state of the company, false promises of promotions and job transitions, and blatant lies from upper management regarding safety of jobs before laying off a huge portion of the company.
