Pros

Some great hard working people, good pay, interesting work, lots of different job opportunities.

Cons

Poor systems. Some toxic upper level management. High workload. Frequent restructures. Poor attitude to Health and Safety unless you work on a manufacturing site. Poor development opportunities due to unrealistic workloads.

Pros

Good for resume for first impression

Cons

To be honest, the company still operates with a very old-school mindset. There is a lot of micromanagement, and some managers can be quite stubborn and not very open to criticism or different opinions. Instead of encouraging new ideas, people tend to stick to what they are comfortable with, which makes it hard for the company to move forward. There is also a blame culture where people focus more on who is at fault rather than solving the problem together. On top of that, there are quite a lot of hidden politics and a lack of transparency.
