A horrible place to work

Pros

None, zero, nada, Avoid, Avoid

Cons

If you want to feel like a 3rd grader, this is your company. There is a divide between 'Leadership' and the rest of the employees. The leadership keeps themselves locked away in a different part of the building where the rest of the employees dear not enter. Occasionally management will come down to complete the tick box exercise. This looks as fake as the town halls where they tell you how successful the company is making so much money and yet they fire people the next day who have given years of service. I could say so much more negative comments about this place but not going to waste my energy so final word of advice. AVOID

The good and the bad

Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

-Residuals for 3 years on self sourced deals -Sometimes can get local leads -Good pay for first year ramp up -Good benefits and 401k match -Friendly employees and more good people than bad -Training is consistent from the training academy within your first year

Cons

-No support for field reps in the direct channel (no zoom info, no consistent targeted lead lists) -0 lead security from internal channels (other BC’s can easily steal your deals) -Management seems to just sit back and collect a paycheck (which is no problem to me, but don’t try to micro manages when it benefits you” -Management can sometimes move in unethical ways. I was promised a monthly gas card in my interview, but I came to find out that does not exist -The role can truly be difficult for new hires who are tight on cash. It’s not cheap to drive around everyday visiting 15-20 businesses.
